Yi Jin Jing

Since ancient times, people have pursued longevity and the cultivation of a healthy mind. As living standards improve, health has received even greater attention.

To prevent our bodies from becoming entangled in the struggle against disease and medication, we can prioritize our health and those of our friends and families. The Damo Yi Jin Jing, with its focus on "Yijin" (tendon-strengthening) exercises, alters the meridians, strengthens the channels, clears blockages, enhances blood circulation, and achieves an indestructible body, offering both preventative and therapeutic benefits.

Shaolin Soft Fist (Tai Chi)

True strength lies in softness, and true softness lies in strength."

Zen Soft Fist balances softness and strength, cultivating both internal and external aspects. Its aim is self-cultivation, guided by Zen principles of cultivating qi and mind, and refined through the art of gentleness. It integrates Zen principles into its fist techniques, achieving a unity of Zen and fist. Its effectiveness lies in form, its function in breathing, and its core principle in using softness to achieve strength and transforming strength into softness, ultimately achieving a harmonious balance of softness and strength. Its subtle application involves being hard and soft, soft when encountering emptiness, hard when encountering fullness, softness retreating while hardness advances, emptiness and fullness simultaneously. Purely internalized, it reacts to the enemy, moving according to the situation, unpredictable and ever-changing, seemingly weak yet fierce.
