We offer a variety of kung fu and wellness classes for students of all ages

Adult Kung Fu

Adults of all ages can learn Shaolin kung fu forms and martial techniques while developing physical strength, good health and skills. We teach many hand-to-hand forms at various skill levels as well traditional Shaolin weapons such as staff, sabre, and spear.

Children Kung Fu

Children as young as 6 can come learn basic Shaolin kung fu forms and exercises to improve physical, mental and emotional development. Our childrens program include various Shaolin forms and weapons training as they develop their skills.
