Youth and young adults class
Shaolin kung fu training is famously intense, making it highly appealing to young adults looking to push their physical limits. The youth and young adults class consists of a comprehensive Shaolin curriculum tailored to young students who seek intensive physical training, flexibility development, acrobatics skills and self defence techniques. Students will also learn traditional unarmed shaolin forms and weapons forms.
The curriculum includes the following aspects:
Classes start with a rigorous warmup designed to build explosive power and flexibility.
Stretching and flexibility training.
Traditional shaolin forms.
Traditional shaolin weapons forms.
Sanda (boxing) sparring.
Self defence techniques and training.
